Computerized Tensile Strength Testing Machine 

Computerized Tensile testing machine with software programmer for determination of breaking strength of Fabrics as per IS 1969:1985, bottom seam strength as per IS 9030 of Woven sacks for packing fertilizer (Urea).

  •  Windows based user-friendly software licensed to customer to operate and collect data from either one machine individually or all machines together at a time in a single computer. 

  • The machine/software will be able to give breaking strength or any one parameter data in a consolidated single page report of 15-20 bag samples. As per annexure I

  • In general testing procedure, each 18 Nos bags will generate four types of strips three length wise, three widths wise, three bottom seam, & three laminated fold. Total 216 strips will be tested. The software will able to collect the data (mainly breaking strength and elongation) from all the machines in a single computer and show average in each case for each bag (bag no1 with 3 length wise test samples are being tested in three machines at a time).

  • Please note that the test sample of each set will be analyzed simultaneously in three machine i. e Bag no 1 with set of 03 length wise test samples are being tested in three machines at a time but the result of each parameter should be captured in a single computer/screen for easy processing.

  • Breaking strength values will be round off to the Ist decimal place as per Indian standard-2, 1960 revised up to date.

  • The main features of software include real time graph, statistical evaluation, max. value, Min. value, mean value, below specification value, standard deviation etc. for tensile strength, elongation, yield strength., Report will have option to enter company name, ref No, test No, Batch No, sample Name etc. & compilation of all three testing machines data into one.

  • Vender Will software key in a pen drive and install the same in a computer to be supplied by the party 

  Note:

 

  1. Vendor will be provided all standard accessories with operating manual, warranty and NABL Calibration Certificate.

  2. Warranty will be starting successfully installation of all Machines.

  3. Installation & commissioning have to be done as per specification and defined scope at HURL Gorakhpur Plant.

  4. Vendor shall provide free of cost 02 days training & demonstration to users on site at t HURL Gorakhpur Plant.

  5. Detailed operation and maintenance manual shall also be provided before training is imparted to personal.

Warranty certificated 

  1. 2 year onsite comprehensive warrantee certificate for  Computerized Tensile Strength Testing Machine.

  2. 1 year on site OE Mon site warranty certificate for computer & Printer.
